DarkSyd over at Unscrewing the Inscrutable has an excellent series of posts detailing the history and discoveries of the geo-sciences, and how they lay to rest the silly arguments of the Creationists and the Young Earthers. It’s sad to see how much of the public in the 19th & early 20th secnturies had a better grasp of science and virtually refuted all of the Biblical creationism babble that their 21st century descendants so desperately wish to teach in our public school science classes.
