Is it possible that besides being rich pale lunatics, Michael Jackson and the Bush Administration could have something else in common? We’ll have to wait and see how this plays out; I do not have any supporting evidence that the premise of this story is credible or not.
Gannongate threatens to expose a huge GOP pedophile and male prostitution ring
However, I’m reminded of Shakespeare’s line, “Methinks the lady doth protest too much.” With all their protesting over the thought of gay marriage they’ve always reminded me of the bully jocks that used to pick on the gay kids in high school. Real men secure in their heterosexuality couldn’t give a shit whether someone else is gay or not; it’s always the latent, self-loathing, closeted homosexual who so loudly and visibly fears the queers.
There have already been rumors that White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan has been seen frequenting gay bars in Houston. The list of outed or rumored gay Republicans keeps growing. Now, of course, I love the gay people; I’m one-eighth gay myself (great grandma wore comfortable shoes). This isn’t an exercise in gay bashing on my part. This is an exercise in hypocrisy bashing. We cannot abide a party of politicians who use gay bashing at every opportunity to garner the homophobic Religious Reich vote if they are Friends of Dorothy themselves — it’s as ludicrous as Keith Richards and Willie Nelson filming a Rock Against Drugs ad.
