Count Novakula, the one man who knows for certain who treasonously leaked Valerie Plame’s name yet still gets a pass from the press and the grand jury, writes in his column today that Chief Justice Rehnquist will retire tomorrow morning, leaving Chimpy two empty seats on the Supreme Court to fill.
Novakula theorizes that this is a huge win for the Flightsuit-in-Chief, since he can nominate his buddy AbuGhraibo Quaintzalez for O’Connor’s seat and appease the Religious Reich with a Borkish nominee to replace Rehnquist
