This is me and my date for the Junior Prom, Alissa Paynter (all women referred to in these posts will be called by their maiden names, since that’s who they are to me in my high school mind and I can’t remember all the married names… heck, I can barely remember the high school names of everybody!) You can see our prom picture in her hands.
We all met at the Ridgecrest Golf Course at 7PM-11PM, which I thought would be a long time, but it really went by so quick! You can see all of the photos of last night (and today’s events) at the 2005 NHS 20 Year Reunion page in my Family Photo Gallery. I’ve tried to name everyone in the photos on first glance, but I’m in a hurry, so please don’t be offended if I didn’t get your name in there… I will!
After the reunion some of us went to my friend Lorianne’s hair studio, Headlines, for an after-hours party. (You can see Lorianne in the photo album, she’s the blonde with the vampire fangs… no, seriously, she has either filed her incisors or gotten veneers, but those are sharp fangs in her mouth. It’s so adorable, and so Lorianne!) The party was particularly fun because we were playing and dancing to loud 80’s music, her door was wide open, and we are right across the street from the Nampa Police Department, clearly visible in the plate glass window. YOu gotta love America.
I’ll have more details later. Gotta go to my Dad’s gig out in the park, then to the reunion Family day at another park, then there’s the reunion dinner and dancing tonight.
