The 65-pound girl was handcuffed in the back of a patrol car Feb. 7 when she was shocked twice with a 50,000-volt Taser, according to a Sheriff’s Office report.
Damn lawyers! What’s the world coming to when cops can’t shoot 50,000-volts of electricity into a handcuffed 65-pound 13-year-old girl in the back of squad car? The police have to be protected, too, you know. She had managed to get her handcuffed hands in front of herself — why, she could have, uh, pounded on that steel mesh grill separating the front and back seats. Or she could have kicked that locked back passenger door or pounded on that shatter-proof glass. C’mon, he only stunned her twice…
