My wife and I decided that perhaps, just maybe I should get out into the sunshine at least once this year. So sorry for no posts yesterday; we were out riding bikes on Sauvie Island. Bought some excellent fresh blackberries, raspberries, and cherries out at a farmer’s market, too.

Today is show day. ORNORML Presents will air on Comcast Cable Channel 11 today at 2:00PM – 3:00PM. I don’t know if I will be a guest on the show today or not; I may be getting bumped for another guest this week. Either way, I’ll be down at the studio today. Maybe my face ends up on TV, maybe not.

UPDATE: Well, I didn’t get to appear on the show, as Madeleine had a guest from Eugene on to discuss a couple of the books he has written.

However, at the production meeting afterward, we decided that I will be producing a segment for the show called “What’s the Truth?” I will present some ridiculous drug war propaganda, like the “deadly superpot; this ain’t your father’s weed” myth or the “teens in treatment for marijuana” statistical sleight of hand. Then I’ll show how that information is false and misleading, and provide factual information about marijuana and the drug war.
