I work in a building that has two floors. I often have to use the elevator to haul carts of PC equipment from one floor to the other. In the elevator are two buttons: “1” and “2”.
Why?
If I’m on the first floor, there’s nowhere else to go but 2! And vice versa. There should just be one button: “GO”.
These are the kinds of thoughts that eat away at my gray matter sometimes…
