Freep this poll on MSNBC’s website!
Should the federal government prosecute medical marijuana users, now that it has been given the OK by the Supreme Court?
Current voting as of 1:08PM Pacific is running 88% NO to 10% YES. Let’s push it up to 90%. Let those legislators considering a vote on Barney Frank’s States’ Rights to Medical Marijuana bill (HR 2087) see that they’ve got popular support for a YEA vote.
UPDATE: While you’re at it, freep this poll at Arkansas’ KHBS/KHOG, too. The question Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s ruling to outlaw the use of medical marijuana? is running at 80% NO vs. 17% YES — and that’s in the heart of rural red-state Jesusland!
UPDATE: Here’s another one, at my local NBC affiliate, KGW in Portland, OR. Should medical marijuana users be prosecuted? Surprisingly running only 77% NO vs. 21% YES… in Oregon! (Must be those east-of-the-Cascades sagebrush dwellers.)
