(CNN) PAMPLONA, Spain (Reuters) — Thousands of runners dodged the horns of half-tonne fighting bulls on Pamplona’s streets on the first day of Spain’s best known fiesta on Thursday.
There were no gorings in a short run lasting just over two minutes, but two people were taken to hospital after suffering bruises on their head and back.
Time to dig out my hat and sign from 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, and 1998 and exclaim at the top of my lungs, “GO BULLS!”
Meanwhile, how does this get by an editor at a global news organization?
One bull slipped on the notorious sharp corner of Estafeta, broke a horn and appeared to be disorientated.
Hopefully, this kind of worse grammar is not alright at CNN. Irregardless, its not overexaggeration to say that CNN and it’s editors sloppiness have been notated.
