It is shocking to me that the Courts could decide that Jim Crow juries are unfair, but their prior verdicts must stand because retrying those people who were unfairly convicted would just be too hard.
I used to be a Twitter power user, but since Elongated Muskrat has turned it into a Nazi pub, I have since migrated to Threads. Whaddaya gonna do? It’s the social media run by the lesser-evil billionaire. I’m also on BlueSky, Mastodon, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok as well, just not as often.
