Another day, another incident that shows how strangely messed-up our culture is about breasts. We take you to a city pool in Jacksonville, Florida.
“This incident happened Thursday of last week at Cecil Pool. A transgender person, a female who identifies as male, removed their shirt exposing their bare breasts, and completed a portion of the training with 20 other trainees. While we cannot confirm the age of the individuals participating in the training, JaxParks recruits lifeguards starting at age 15. This occurred within view of several dozen children and their parents sharing the same pool at the same time.”
Action News Jax: Transgender lifeguard candidate rejected by City of Jacksonville after removing top at the pool
Well, on the one hand, c’mon. Not only is the public prohibition of showing female breasts antiquated and downright Puritan by European standards, (especially at a swimming pool), it’s sexist. That trans man lifeguard with the exposed boobies would probably rescue someday a fat-ass male with bigger boobies than he.
It’s just ridiculous that a couple of fat lumps on your chest topped with nipples are only considered obscene if they’re served alongside a vagina.
For a reaction, we go to the director of Jacksonville’s Queer Trans Project.
“Kids don’t sexualize breasts, it’s the adults that are making it out bigger than what it is what is the difference if the person had top surgery or not?”
On the other hand, if there is a rule that says the exposure of female breasts is obscene, one doesn’t magically make them male breasts just by saying so.
This is where the trans community wants to have it both ways. If a woman exposes her female breasts, she is cited for a violation. But if a man exposes his female breasts, he gets away with it? If you want to be a man with a naked chest, you have to remove your female breasts. Either change the laws that ban naked female breasts or join the rest of us men by removing your female breasts and getting your male breasts they way we do: ice cream and laziness.
We go now to Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry for an official statement:
“I see no reason for our lifeguards to be forced to make changes to existing rules mandating that biological females cover their chests. Our parks and public pools are meant to be a place where families can feel safe to enjoy themselves. We shouldn’t force parents of young children to be caught in the crossfire of battles over wokeism.”
Most children would be too young to care and the one’s old enough to care would like it. I’m certain none would feel unsafe at the sight of titty.
Personally, I hope he sues and wins, forcing the state to recognize that if somebody says their titties are male, they can openly expose them. Followed by women suing for the equal right to expose their titties, as they are exactly the same as legalized bare trans man titties.
But, it’s Florida, so…
